This painting was completed in June 2006 as part of a triptych series to be shown at a Group Invitational Exhibition at Gallerie Gora in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Exhibition on display from July 11 - July 29, 2006.
This painting was also juried into the California Open Exhibition juried by internationally known artist Laddie John Dill. Tag Gallery. Santa Monica, California. Exhibition: August 15 - September 2, 2006.
The other two paintings in the series are shown below. On the left, Summer Idyll II, on the right Summer Idyll III. Both are also 36"x36", $3700 each.
